{Australia Skyline Wedding} Tracey & Sheyne

Happy Wedding Wednesday!

This beautiful wedding takes after my own heart as its similar to my skyline wedding in many ways.  The premise is quite lovely & very beautiful.  The Bride & Groom enjoyed a simple wedding set against the oh so perfect backdrop of Perth, Australia.  You'll notice a lot of pure love & stunning skyline shots!  Evermore Photography shows us the beauty:

Congratulations, Tracey & Sheyne!

{Nautical New Jersey Wedding} Candyce & Tom

Happy Wedding Wednesday!

Cue the confetti!  After a year of featuring beautiful real weddings here, I am jumping with joy to feature the very first New Jersey wedding.  Not only a New Jersey wedding, a Hoboken couple's wedding AND the ceremony in Hoboken!  It's just so exciting.  But I think you'll quickly agree that no matter where you live, there is something to love about this special wedding.  Jamie Bodo Photography shows us the beauty:

Candyce & Tom got married on the bright, sunny day of September 15, 2012 in New Jersey.  As a nod to the Groom being a sailor for Sandy Hook, the Hoboken couple infused their wedding with thoughtful nautical details, from the boutonnieres to the escort cards to the centerpieces.

The Bride & her bridesmaids got ready at the her parent's home in Middletown.  The Bride donned a unique, elegant Lazaro wedding gown & carried a simple, striking bouquet of white calla lilies.

The wedding ceremony was held at the gorgeous, historical Our Lady of Grace Church in Hoboken.  Built in 1876, the stunning, Gothic-style church requires little to no decoration.  The Bride & Groom exchanged vows in front of their families & friends & sealed their union with a big kiss.  Then the happy new Mr. & Mrs. departed their ceremony in a shower of bubbles.

The celebration continued at the Beacon Hill Country Club in Atlantic Highlands.  The venue provides beautiful views of Sandy Hook & New York City, as well as offering plenty of sweet spots for photos.  The newlyweds dined & danced the wedding day away with their guests during their nautical-themed reception.  All in all, a beautiful wedding for a beautiful couple!

My Favorite Moment: I like the bubble departure from the ceremony- such a light-hearted, fun moment!

My Favorite Detail: I adore the Bride's amazing wedding gown! The frothy bottom of lace & ruffles is just incredible.

Congratulations, Candyce & Tom!

{Real Rural Wedding} Ashley & Jeremy

Due to spending time with my family in the past two weeks, I have fallen terribly behind in posting real weddings.  Want to hear the good news?  In order to catch up, I am deeming this Wedding Week & I am posting a new, fabulous real wedding for you each day!!

As August winds down & takes summer with it, now is the perfect time to enjoy a summer wedding with bright pops of pink & green.  As always, Vendla Stockdale captures the hot wedding day perfectly:

Warm, sunny summer is the perfect season for weddings, although it can tend to get hot & sticky as it did on Ashley & Jeremy's wedding day.  The happy couple didn't let the heat ruin their big plans for a fun wedding with a cheery palette of pink & green.  They spent four hours before their ceremony with their bridal party capturing their love for each other & their love for the rural western slope countryside they call home.  The Bride & Groom visited a scenic bridge, a dramatic railroad track, a park gazebo, an abandoned mill &, my personal favorite, a vintage truck in the perfect shade of green.  How cute is the matching pink & green Just Married sign in the truck photos?!  The new Mr. and Mrs. prove that big smiles & tons of fun always beat the heat!

Congratulations, Ashley & Jeremy!
